Emergency codes last 90 days

When an aircraft in our coverage area transmitted transponder code 7700 (general emergency) or 7600 (radio failure). We only record what was transmitted: time, aircraft, position, altitude and duration. We don't know what was going on; a code can also be set briefly by mistake. A code only counts once it was seen in two consecutive measurements. We deliberately do not process code 7500.

No emergency codes recorded in this period.

Returns and diversions possible

Aircraft that landed at their departure airport (after at least 10 minutes in the air) or at an airport that isn't in their route. Note: the route usually comes from a database per flight number, and airlines use one number for several flights a day. A 'diversion' can therefore simply be a wrong route.
